Helmy Kasim is our Non-Executive Director, he is also an accomplished speaker, trainer, investor, and financial coach with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry.

 

Prior to his current position, Helmy served as a trainer at 8VI Malaysia Sdn Bhd, as well as at various Multinational Companies (MNCs), financial advisory firms, and offshore investment banks. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy Studies and holds a professional qualification as a Shariah Registered Financial Planner from the Malaysia Financial Planning Council (MFPC), which he received in 2011. Helmy is also a HRDF certified trainer.

 

Helmy has empowered over 10,000 individuals from Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore through VI College’s live workshops, webinar programs, and educational YouTube channel. His financial education bootcamp has transformed the lives of thousands in the past four and a half years. Helmy has conducted over 100 workshops and has been featured in Bursa Academy, an e-learning platform that offers an informal learning experience on Islamic Equities Market. He also hosted the Bijak Labur TV program under Astro Awani and has written several articles published in Financial First magazine by MFPC and online versions of Ekonomi Rakyat and MalaysiaKini.

 

One of Helmy’s greatest strengths is his ability to deliver complicated financial knowledge in a much simpler language that even those without financial backgrounds can understand. His mission is to help people take action in the real world to achieve real success. He finds the greatest satisfaction in helping others discover and develop their financial skills, which in turn allows them to set sail with enthusiasm and confidence towards a better financial future.

 

Through his coaching and workshops, Helmy guides individuals and companies to explore their opportunities, accumulate assets, and create wealth that can overcome inflations and global recession while accelerating growth.
